Swiss Safety Center AG is an EN ISO 9001: 2015 certified and type A (SIS0073) SN EN ISO / IEC 17020: 2012 accredited inspection body, designated in accordance with Dangerous Goods Regulation (known locally as GGUV) of the Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (UVEK) and supervised by the Conformity Assessment Body (KBS-GGU 073) of the Federal Office of Transport (BAV).

Swiss Safety Center AG is an EN ISO 9001: 2015 certified and type A (SIS0073) SN EN ISO / IEC 17020: 2012 accredited inspection body, designated in accordance with Dangerous Goods Regulation (known locally as GGUV) of the Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (UVEK) and supervised by the Conformity Assessment Body (KBS-GGU 073) of the Federal Office of Transport (BAV).
The scope of the designation covers the approval and testing of tanks, pressure vessels and containers for the carriage of dangerous goods and the transport classification of dangerous goods. Swiss Safety Center AG carries out inspections including road tankers, tank containers, railway tank wagons, bulk container material and pressure vessels.
Swiss Safety Center AG is also a Notified Body according to TPED (Directive 2010/35/EU) and an accredited and certified inspection agency.
Swiss Safety Center AG experts are involved in international committees in the development of rules, directives and standards.
